Budget Maribou Feather Fan Review
This is a great starter feather fan. It is composed of marabou feathers on a thin plastic base. It makes a great party favor or decoration or give away item. Makes a huge statement for very little money! Measures 15 inches wide and 10 inches high.
This is less expensive than our other fans, because the quality isn't as nice. There are fewer feathers and less "fluff". The base is very thin plastic, so it would not be good for everyday play or heavy duty costume use.
